FIELD: mechanical engineering; combination finishing of metals and alloys susceptible to developing burns and microcracks in process of machining. SUBSTANCE: device has coarse grained abrasive wheel and fine grained abrasive carrying member wheel, both mounted on mandrel. Axes of mandrel necks are set at acute angle to axis of mandrel rotation and are displaced eccentrically relative to each other to provide axial displacement of cutting layers along axis of mandrel. Sectional wheel with fine grained abrasive carrying members is installed for radial release on twin thrust antifriction bearing for rolling along blank surface and free rotation relative to mandrel neck., Abrasive carrying members of sectional wheel are coupled with each other at two end faces by flexible rings limiting positive turning in hinge joint under action of radial release springs.
