FIELD: biotechnology, genetic engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing recombinant plasmid DNA pC-NS3 providing integration of complex of genes C, prM, E, NS1, NS 2A, NS 2B, NS 3 of tick-borne encephalitis virus in genome of bovine vaccine virus and the corresponding strain of the latter. Plasmid has also promoter p7, 5K bovine vaccine virus, synthetic DNA-fragments with initiation sites and translation termination and the DNA sequence of thymidine kinase gene of bovine vaccine virus. Obtained plasmid DNA pC-NS3 is used for incorporation of complex of genes C-NS3 of tick-borne encephalitis virus in genome of bovine vaccine virus. Recombinant bovine vaccine virus in cells of immunized organism provides expression of complex of tick-borne encephalitis virus that promotes the formation of protective immunity against infection with tick-borne encephalitis virus.
