The strain of bacterium E. coli B-774 is transformed with recombinant plasmid p7SHSHis. Firstly obtained plasmid DNA and the bacterial strain-producer provide expression of dimeric form of single-stranded antibodies of tick-borne encephalitis virus retaining the conformation of variable domain of the parent monoclone antibodies.
