SUBSTANCE: method involves doing physical exercises, with each physical exercise being done by individual at maximum tension of group of opposite muscles; repeating each exercise till exhaustion; proceeding to exercising of other groups of opposite muscles; exercising simultaneously as many groups of opposite muscles as possible.
