SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for health improvement and complex physical training. Exercises are performed: a complex of exercises aimed at training muscles that will be involved in training; complex of exercises aimed at development of back muscles and press muscles; complex of exercises aimed at development of muscles of lower extremities, muscle press and gluteus muscle; complex of exercises aimed at elaboration of triceps brachii muscle – triceps, biceps brachii – biceps, press muscles; cool down exercises. Exercise complexes are performed in a room with constantly maintained auxiliary equipment capable of infrared radiation, air temperature of 85–120 °F and relative humidity of 20–50 %.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of working capacity of a trainee, concentration of attention, improvement of stress resistance, prevention of fatigue, removal of negative effects of stress on body, improved results in the process of losing weight, normalizing the physical, mental and social-psychological state, normalizing carbohydrate metabolism, bone mineral density, improved blood lipid profile, blood pressure stabilization, body weight reduction, cardiovascular and respiratory systems strengthening, intensified microcirculation of tissues, improved blood flow and lymphatic drain, as well as in anti-inflammatory action on the body of a trainee.
