SUBSTANCE: composition has nanoparticles containing the purified polymeric surface-active substance (modifying agent) absorbed on surface of the indicated nanoparticles and the bound with its turbidity temperature modifying agent taken at amount that is sufficient for increase of the surface modifying agent temperature. Preferable purified polymeric surface-active substances are: purified surface-active substance based on ethylenediamine substituted with polyalkylene oxide.
