FIELD: wine making. SUBSTANCE: following ingredients are used for preparation of wine drink, kg/1000 dal: apple wine material, 150-200; alcoholized apple juice, 50-100; fruit-and-berry flavor, 1-50; color, 0.00062-2.0 dal; sugar, 495-505; ethyl rectified alcohol and water at the rate on blend strength 20.0-20.3% vol, the balance. Used as flavor is food essence or aromatizer. Used as color may be caramel one in the amount of 1-2 dal per 1000 dal of drink. Wine materials are used in processed or fermented-alcoholized form. Sugar is used in the form of sugar syrup for preparation of which citric acid is used in the amount of 2.95-3.1 kg per 1000 dal. Flavor "mindal" (almond) is used as fruit-and-berry flavor additive.
