FIELD: control of steam pressure and temperature; manufacture of fittings. SUBSTANCE: valve has body 4 with perforated sleeve 11 where spool valve 5 is arranged. Perforated sleeve 11 is provided with nozzle pipe 14. Section of pipe 14 located outside the sleeve is connected with cooling water inlet branch pipe 3. Section of pipe 14 located inside sleeve 11 has holes 15 for injection of water. Section of pipe located on the sleeve outside in steam escape branch pipe is fitted with injector 16 for injection of cooling water. Spool valve has two shut-off parts 7 and 8. Part 7 is used for opening and closing holes 15 in nozzle pipe. Part 8 is used for control of amount of passage area of water supply branch pipe 3. Second expansion chamber 10 surrounding perforated sleeve 11 is brought in communication with steam escape branch pipe through bypass holes 17.
