FIELD: flow-rate measuring facilities. SUBSTANCE: flowmeter has radiator chamber, obstacle positioned in radiator chamber in symmetry with longitudinal symmetric plane, facility which generates signal corresponding to differential pressure on walls of cavity, and facility for determination of fluid medium flow rate. This facility has three delivery taps. First tap hole is located at intersection point of longitudinal axis of symmetry plane with bottom of cavity. Holes of second and third delivery taps are arranged in symmetry with first tap on walls of cavity. EFFECT: higher accuracy of measuring the fluid medium flow rate. 3 cl, 4 dwg
