This member divides chamber space into two identical regions with at least one fluid communicating channel organized between them. Flowmeter incorporating proposed generator has pressure sensors placed inside obstacle cavity and coupled with jet vibration frequency meter. EFFECT: improved linearity within comprehensive range of flowrates irrespective of whether fluid flow is laminar or turbulent. 14 cl, 13 dwg
