FIELD: artificial diamonds technology. SUBSTANCE: graphite-containing substance and heat-conducting material layers are assembled into packet in which graphite-containing layer is in contact with heat- conducting layers on its both sides. Packet is placed into ampoule, cooled to temperature from 189 to 160 C, and then affected by detonation pressure from 40 to 50 GPa for 2-4 mcs. Product is appropriate for use in electronic engineering, precision mechanics, and microfabrication technology. EFFECT: simplified process and reduced production cost. 2 cl
