FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: vodka contains aqueous-alcoholic liquid, aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the Ist discharging of buckwheat groats or grain and glycerin in ratio 1:2. Glycerin and aqueous-alcoholic infusion of buckwheat are introduced simultaneously in prepared vodka. The latter has the following ratio of ingredients, l/1000 dal of prepared product: aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the Ist discharging of buckwheat groats or grain, 4-5; glycerin, 0.2-0.4; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance. The vodka is enriched not only with iron, but with calcium, phosphor, vitamins B1,, B2, citric and apple acids.
