FIELD: wine making. SUBSTANCE: for preparation of wine drink the following ingredients are used, kg/1000 dal: grape wine material, 200-300; taste-and-aroma additive, 1-50; food color, 0.01-0.4; ethyl rectified alcohol at the rate on blend strength 20.0-20.3% vol, the balance. Used as flavor is food essence or aromatizer. Caramel color is used to give color in the amount of 1-2 dal per 1000 dal of wine drink. White wine drink contains white grape wine material and color. Red wine drink contains red and white grape wine materials in the amount, respectively, 75-80% and 20-25%. Sugar is introduced in blend in the form of sugar syrup for which preparation citric acid is used in the amount of 2.95-3.1 kg per 1000 dal. EFFECT: broadened assortment of wine drinks. 6 cl, 3 ex
