FIELD: wine-making industry. SUBSTANCE: fruit wine contains fruit wine material, alcoholized apple juice, sweetener and rectified ethyl alcohol. Used as sweetener is fruit-and-berry extract. Fruit wine material contains ordinary treated grape wine material in the amount of 1-20% from total volume of wine materials. Ratio of components is the following, dal/1000 dal of wine: fruit wine material, 800-960; sweetener, 10-110; ethyl rectified alcohol at the rate of blend proof equal to 17% vol, the balance.
