Composition of components for special vodka has components at the following ratio, l/1 000 dal of vodka: black currant fruits aromatic alcohol (75.0 vol. %) 300-320; caraway fruits aromatic alcohol (75.0 vol. %) 20.0-22.0; sugar syrup (73.2%) 14.0-18.0 and an aqueous-alcoholic liquid - the rest. EFFECT: broadened assortment of high-quality drinks, improved organoleptic properties, enrichment with valuable biologically active substances, stability at storage, use of ecologically pure and available raw, aroma of Alpine meadows, decreased cost.
