Liqueur has an aqueous-alcoholic liquid, 73,2% sugar syrup, black currant fruits fruit juice of the I and II pouring, propolis, apricot fruit juice of the I and II pouring and apricot aromatic alcohol at the following ratio of components, l/1 000 dal of ready product: apricot fruit juice of the I and II pouring 4 700-4 800; black currant fruits fruit juice of the I and II pouring 665-680; apricot aromatic alcohol 390-410; propolis 1: 10 5-6; 73.2% sugar syrup 3 000-3 100 and an aqueous-alcoholic liquor - the rest. EFFECT: broadened assortment of weak strong liqueurs prepared of the natural raw, increased nutrient and biological value and organoleptic indices of the ready product, improved color, taste and aroma. 2 ex
