FIELD: food industry, more particularly sugar industry. SUBSTANCE: method comprises stirring crystalline sugar compound with sweetening agent solution and introducing at least one food additive. Food additive is used in powder form in amount of 20-60.0 weight parts per 100 weight parts of final product. Said product is added directly into mixture of sugar and sweetening agent solution. Food additives include sheet tea or flower tea or coffee or cacao or dry milk or mixture thereof. The resulting product has high homogeneity and stability of composition and retains structure obtained in manufacturing process during prolonged storage and transportation. Method also makes it possible to widen range of sugar-containing products. EFFECT: more efficient preparation method. 2 ex
