FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves sugar stirring with sweetening substance at ratio 0.01-0.5 weight part per 100 weight parts of sugar. Then water at amount 0.2-0.6 weight part per 100 weight parts mixture is added to the prepared mixture followed by stirring and drying the wetted mixture. EFFECT: high homogeneity of composition, prolonged storage.
