FIELD: food production industry. SUBSTANCE: according to method, beverage either containing or not containing sorbent is subjected to simultaneous treatment by magnetic field and acoustic field. Acoustic field is generated at creation of phase transition of gas-liquid in flow of product. After that, suspended matter is separated by filtering. Application of aforesaid method allows for saving power and increasing stability of product with respect to colloidal cloudiness. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
