FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing the mixture from ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and corrected potable water, mixing the prepared mixture, introduction of 65.8-% sugar syrup, and cleaning the mixture by passing it through carbon battery. Aqueous-alcoholic infusion of vegetable ingredient is prepared. Aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the Ist discharging has strength 49%, and red pepper as vegetable ingredient is used in the amount of 0.7-0.8 kg per 1000 dal of vodka. Red pepper aqueous-alcoholic solution of the Ist discharging with 49-% strength is introduced in mixture simultaneously with vanilin dissolved in rectified alcohol in ratio 1: 100. For this purpose they are mixed before introduction and aged for 15-40 min. The mixture is mixed, strength is corrected and filtered. Consumption of ingredients for preparation of 1000 dal of vodka is the following, l: red pepper aqueous-alcoholic infusion of Ist discharging with 49-% strength, 5.8-6.2; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 11.0-12.0; vanilin dissolved in rectified alcohol in ratio 1:100, 0.15-0.25; ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and corrected potable water, by rate of 40-% strength.
