METHOD OF PRODUCING METAL STRUCTURE Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

Abstract RU 2135339 C1

FIELD: production of members with cellular structure, particularly, for catalytic neutralizer. SUBSTANCE: member consists of metal sheets structurized at least on some parts, coiled, twisted or laid in layers. Member is vacuumized in cleaning chamber and transferred to working chamber to perform joining by soldering or sintering, and to cooling chamber for its cooling to preset temperature. method is preferably realized in three-chamber device. Method provides reduction of production cycle, rational utilization of power and favorable effect on external surface of member with cellular structure. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 14 cl, 2 dwg
