SUBSTANCE: stable aqueous compositions of cyclodextrin inclusion compounds comprise (a) (6R)-or (6R,S)-5,10-methylene tetrahydrofolic acid or salt of (6R)-, (6S)- or (6R,S)- 5,10-methylene tetrahydrofolic acid and (b) α-,β- or γ-- cyclodextrin or α-,β- or γ- cyclodextrin alkyl- or hydroxyalkyl derivatives or (c) mixture of (α-,β- or γ--cyclodextrin or α-,β- or γ-- cyclodextrin alkyl- or hydroalkyl derivatives, or mixture of α-,β- or γ-- cyclodextrin with α-,β- or γ--cyclodextrin alkyl- or hydroalkyl derivatives.
