FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of mixture from ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and corrected water, thorough mixing, its treatment with activated carbon, mixing sodium bicarbonate with lactic acid, ageing till forming sodium lactate, introduction of sodium lactate and sugar, mixing and filtration of vodka. Sodium bicarbonate is preliminarily dissolved in corrected water, and mixing with lactic acid is conducted by introduction of sodium bicarbonate in solution. Introduction of sodium lactate and sugar in the form of 65.8-% sugar syrup is carried out in the process of mixture preparation. Before mixing, filtrate of preliminarily mixed and dissolved in corrected water lactose and glucose are added in vodka. The ingredients are used in the following ratio, kg/100 dal of prepared product: sodium bicarbonate, 025-0.35; lactose, 0.95-1.05; glucose, 3.95-4.05; and also, l: lactic acid, 0.35-0.45; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 11.45-11.55; ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and potable corrected water, at the rate of 40% strength.
