FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of 40-% solution using ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and corrected potable water. Before introduction, common salt is dissolved in water and filtered. Then filtrate is introduced in solution, thoroughly mixed, corrected its strength and filtered. The solution is filtered by passing through carbon-cleaning battery with speed of 40 dal/h for fresh carbon and 30 dal/h, for regenerated carbon. After it, glycerine and preliminarily dissolved in rectified alcohol vanillin in ratio 1:100 are introduced in the solution and mixed. The ingredients are used in the following ratio per 1000 dal of finished product: common salt, 0.7-0.9 kg; glycerine, 0.2-0.4 kg; vanillin (1:100), 0.15 l; ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and corrected potable water, at the rate of 40-% strength.
