SUBSTANCE: method involves processing sunflower cake to produce tocopherols extract, with extraction being effected by 87-95%-ethanol at cake: ethanol ratio of 1:3-1:5 for 20-40 min; separating extract from cake, with cake being washed with water prior to extraction at water temperature of 95-100 C and cake: water ratio of at least 1:3; introducing tocopherols by emulsifying oil with produced extract of plant tocopherols; separating emulsion phases.
