FIELD: continuous casting of castings in ferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: device has casting vessel with means for metal batching and water-cooled mold made with two pairs of vertical faces executing reciprocating motions. Two other paired faces are made with inclined upper and vertical lower parts executing rotary motions. Device additionally has the second mold and second casting vessel. The second mold is made with immovable faces, and the second casting vessel has hole in center for passing dummy bar and casting from the second mold. Dummy bar installed in the second mold is collapsible, and length of working hollow of molds are related as follows B1=(1.1-1.25)B2, where B1 and B2 are lengths of working hollows of the first and second molds.
