FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: method of vodka making involves mixing rectified ethyl alcohol "EKSTRA" and purified drinking water and one half of required amount of folic acid is added to a mixture followed by its treatment with activated carbon. Then the remained part of folic acid and sugar as 65.8%-th sugar syrup are added to ready vodka, stirred, filtered finally and directed to pouring. The combination of procedures of the method and components of vodka and their quantitative ratio improves organoleptic indices of vodka.
