SUBSTANCE: biologically-active additive to food-stuffs additionally contains soluble food fibres, schizandra-methyl esters of polyoxyphenols, essential oils, and cinnamic aldehyde. Relative proportioning of food organic acids, vitamins, soluble food fibres, schizandra-methyl esters of polyoxyphenols, essential oils, and cinnamic aldehyde is as follows: (15-87): (0.01-0.9):(1-50):(0.003-0.5):(0.1-5.2): (0.0001-0.01). Biologically-active additive can be used in production of soft drinks, light-alcoholic drinks, sauces, half-finished products for bakery items, marmalade, etc. Biologically-active additive including aforesaid ingredients in given proportions possesses vitaminizing, antidepressant, tonic, antioxidant, antiinflammatory, immunocorrecting, and general health-strengthening characteristics which enhance physical and mental abilities. It also provides favorable effect on gastrointertestinal tract due to optimal selection of ingredients proceeding from synergy action of ingredients.
