Relative proportioning of soluble food fibres, organic food acids, tanning agents, hop resins, and schizandrin is as follows: (2.65-32.1):(64-148):(1.97-34.6):(0.003-0.15): :(0.001-0.19). Biologically-active additive can be used in production of soft drinks, light-alcoholic drinks, sauces, half-finished products for bakery items, marmalade, etc. Aforesaid ingredients allow for producing biologically-active additive possessing vitaminizing, antidepressant, tonic, antioxidant, antiinflammable, immunocorrecting, and general health-strengthening characteristics which enhance physical and mental abilities with favorable influence on gastrointestinal tract due to optimal proportional selection of ingredients proceeding from synergy action of ingredients.
