Relative proportioning of food organic acids, tanning agents, soluble food fibres, flavonoides, arbutin, and essential oils is respectively as follows: (5-40): (0.05-1.4): (5-60): :(0.0005-0.01):(0.0009-0.03):(0.008-0.09):(0.001-0.1). Biologically-active additive can be widely used in production of sauce, semi-finished products for bakery items, marmalade, soft drinks and light-alcoholic drinks, etc. Application of aforesaid ingredients allows for production of biologically-active additive possessing antidepressant, tonic, antioxidant, antiinflammable, immunocorrecting, and general health-strengthening characteristics which enhance physical and mental abilities together with favorable influence on gastrointestinal tract due to optimal selection and proportioning of ingredients proceeding from synergy action of ingredients.
