SUBSTANCE: vodka of the proof 40% has the following components, kg/1000 dal of ready product: ascorbic acid 0.09-0.15; sugar 9.5-10.5 and also, l: cinnamon an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the I-st and II-d pourings 0.07-0.09 and an aqueous-alcoholic liquid - the rest. Ascorbic acid is added to vodka as filtrate of its vodka solution. The combination of vodka components and their quantitative ratio enhance organoleptic indices and stability of vodka at storage.
