METHOD FOR INTRAPERITONEAL CHEMOHYPERTHERMIC PERFUSION OF ABDOMINAL CAVITY IN PATIENTS WITH ABDOMINAL CANCEROMATOSIS Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC A61B17/00 A61P31/00

Abstract RU 2582567 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology. Circulation perfusate, heated to 42-46 °C in circuit including pump with centrifugal nozzle, heating system perfusate, supply line, abdominal cavity, discharge line, pump. Perfusion is carried out with operative wound. Below the incisional wound in abdominal cavity is supply main line, in which additionally includes filtering clots using microembolic filter. Above incisional wound is discharge line, thus performing vertical peritoneum perfusion.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to evenly distribute perfusate along the abdominal cavity in closed IHGP, prevents ingress of cytostatic in subcutaneous fat, allows maintaining maximum concentration of chemopreparation in abdominal cavity, minimising risk to health of workers in operation.
