FIELD: sugar industry. SUBSTANCE: last product fillmass is cooled to specified temperature on installation including receiver for fillmass lowered from vacuum apparatus and consisting of two in-parallel arranged stirrers provided with cooling elements and a series of successively arranged crystallizing stirrers. Once lowered, fillmass is cooled at the rate of 0.5-3.5 C/h. Partially cooled fillmass is loaded into crystallizing stirrers. EFFECT: accelerated fillmass crystallization. 1 dwg, 2 ex
