SUBSTANCE: unit may be used for cutting dough and confectionery sheets into strip dough pieces and for manufacture of cookies, biscuits, noodles and marmalade, etc. Unit has casing combined with line feed carriage. Casing carries disc knives mounted on transverse rod in separate holders. Holders of disc knives are distributed on two parallel rods and made as forks secured for displacement on horizontal guides. The latter are positioned in end-face clamps of casing which are shaped to fit man's hand. Clamps are coupled to carriage through radial positioning mechanism.
