FIELD: foundry. SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of casting pattern with the help of laser synthesis; connection to pattern of gating system whose axis, i.e. steel flask riser, giving direction of flow melt and arranged parallel to pattern layers; formation of shell by application to pattern of heat-resistant material; removal of pattern material in furnace at heating by melting out and subsequent burning out. Removal of material and products of thermal destruction is facilitated due to parallel location of pattern layers to axis of gating system. Melt flowing into shell is also facilitated.
