FIELD: irradiation devices for nuclear physics methods of material treatment. SUBSTANCE: two design versions are available; device has diaphragm of desired size and unit producing strain in irradiated surface parts wherein mentioned unit is made of n similar easily and synchronously (second version) revolving shafts of radius r, whose length is greater than width of film material and axes of revolution are equidistant over circumference of radius R between two parallel holders made for rotation at fixed speed about common axis; shafts have wavy side surface or threaded one (second version); n, r, and R values as well as parameters of side surfaces of shafts meet definite relationship. EFFECT: reduced probability of corpuscular radiation track superposition at specified capacity of track membranes and energy of irradiating particles. 2 cl, 6 dwg
