FIELD: optics. SUBSTANCE: matrix incorporates switching matrix, matrix of MxN pairs of reference elements, matrix of MxN exciting elements each carrying reflecting layer, first, second, central, third and fourth parts of contact separated one from another by clearance, elastic layer, layer displacing under action of electric field, pair of exciters and pair of logic exciters. Each of exciters and logic exciters is supported as cantilever above each reference element with its nearest end part. Each logic exciter is fitted with insulating layer attached to its lower part near far end and with contact layer attached to insulating layer from beneath. Initiation signal is fed to each logic exciter causing downward deflection of pair of logic exciters. In this case contact layer of each logic exciter transmits image signal to each exciter causing deflection of pair of exciters in each exciting element and deviation of central part of contact which remains flat and reflects light beams by its entire central part. EFFECT: provision for manufacturing matrix of MxN reflectors separate from matrix of transistors. 9 cl, 7 dwg
