FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation aqueous-alcoholic mixture in sorting tank. The mixture contains ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and potable corrected water, and then modified starch is introduced into solution. Then mixture is mixed and aged for 8-16 h. After ageing, aqueous-alcoholic mixture is decanted and filtered. Introduced in filtered and treated by modified starch aqueous-alcoholic solution are filtered mixture of solutions of citric and ascorbic acids, refined granulated sugar in the form of 66.8-% sugar syrup, or aqueous solution and solution of natural honey. The latter is preliminarily aged for 1 day. Then vodka is mixed with correction of its strength and bottled with obligatory filtration.
