FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: vodka "ZOLOTO KUBANI" comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: citric acid, 0.07-0.5 kg; dried apricots an aqueous-alcoholic infusion obtained by infusing 0.3-0.7 kg of dried apricots in an aqueous-alcoholic liquid with the strength value 50% in the ratio = 1:2.5 for 5 days as filtrate, 1.0-1.5 l; filtered off 65.8% sugar syrup, 11-13 l; rectified ethyl alcohol of the highest purity and purified drinking water, the balance. Vodka comprises citric acid dissolved in purified water or an aqueous-alcoholic liquid. The proposed invention provides preparing vodka with reduced cost due to using more cheap alcohol, reducing consumption of dried apricots and an aqueous-alcoholic liquid being without reducing organoleptic indices of ready product.
