FIELD: electrical engineering, radio engineering, microelectronics, microwave equipment. SUBSTANCE: method may be used for manufacturing of metal-oxide printed circuit boards, which use metal base of printed circuit board as ground line. Said method involves preliminary processing of metal base of printed circuit board, drilling holes in it, anode coating of its surface in order to provide insulation cover, metal coating of holes and generation of desired topology of printed circuit. Goal of invention is achieved by drilling holes in insulation cover till metal base of printed circuit board in locations, which are used as junctions between metal base of printed circuit board, which is designed as ground line, and ground points of printed circuit. EFFECT: simplified wiring of printed circuit board, increased stability to noise and improved shielding. 1 dwg
