SUBSTANCE: sweet liqueur "Dinastiya tsar devitsa" contains the following ingredients per 1000 dal of prepared product: cranberry fruit drink of Ist and IInd dischargings, 3999.8-4000.4 l; black chokeberry fruit drink of Ist and IInd dischargings, 199.8-200.2 l; lemon oil dissolved in rectified alcohol in ratio 1:10, 3.8-4.2 l; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 2925.8-2926.2 l; citric acid, 4.0-4.5 kg; ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and corrected potable water, the balance up to 20-% strength. The sweet liqueur may have colorant "Karmuasin" E 122 in the amount which gives red color to prepared product. The liqueur possesses slight melissa aroma and taste of cherry stone.
