FIELD: picture tube production. SUBSTANCE: pump has heater, cooling system, oil vapors entrapping system and housing made of three parts hermetically connected to each other. Lower and upper parts of pump housing are made of metal, and middle part, of ceramics. Upper part is connected with cooling system. Inner surface of middle part is made of material with thermal conduction coefficient of 380-420 W(m.K), for instance, of copper, thickness 3-5 mm. Additional cooling system is arranged on inner surface of middle part. Ratio of lengths of each part to total length of diffusion pump housing is 1/3:1/3:1/3. EFFECT: improved ecology characteristics of evacuation station, reduced cost of pump owing to Dispensing with expensive materials of heat pipe type. 2 cl, 1 dwg
