FIELD: radio communications between mobile and base stations. SUBSTANCE: power transmitted by mobile station is controlled using average value of power level received during predetermined communication period; power transmitted by base station is analyzed using burst transmitted by base station and power transmitted by mobile station is determined as function of desired power transmitted by mentioned base station.
