FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing 1 with internal surface 2 forming passage for direct blood flow to pass through. Locking member 5 is positioned in casing 1. The locking member is connected to casing 1 using means 6 for rotating it from closed position to open position and vice versa about rotation axle 7 and has lateral surface 8 being surface of revolution. Rotation means 6 has two members 9 and 10 engaged with each other. Member 10 divides lateral surface 8 of locking member 5 into proximal part 11 united with the locking member surface with proximal conjugation lines 12 and distal part 13 united with the locking member surface with proximal conjugation lines 14. Collar 19 with fitting surface 20 is placed on the external surface of ring-shaped casing 1. Each engagement member surface 10 is made as parts of the same surface formed by intersecting toroidal surfaces conjugated to each other and having common rotation axis of generatrix circles that is coaxial with axle 7 for rotating locking member 5. EFFECT: enhanced strength of treatment; reduced risk of thrombosis. 5 cl, 6 dwg
