FIELD: cardiosurgery; applicable in replacement of affected natural human cardiac valves. SUBSTANCE: prosthesis of cardiac valve has a body with two cusps and means for holding of cusps which consists of cams on cusps with recesses on their side surfaces and protrusions on body. End surfaces of protrusions are located in recesses for cusp turning round axis running through line of crossing of surfaces with body internal surface. Protrusion surfaces are conical. Prosthesis protrusions may be located on body end surface on the side of prosthesis outlet. EFFECT: higher reliability of valve and simplified design. 4 cl, 5 dwg
