FIELD: machine tool manufacture and machining of materials; applicable in supply of lubricant-coolant to grinding zone and to wheel face with axially displaced cutting layer. SUBSTANCE: device has a grinding wheel with axially displaced cutting layer and faces inclined at acute angle α to plane square to rotation axis. Nozzle for supply of lubricant-coolant is attached to body oscillating in axial direction with the help of bearing. The latter is installed on pressing flange neck inclined at angle α. Hinged with nozzle is movable branch pipe coaxially located in fixed branch pipe and enters it to form telescopic system which fulfils function of piston pump. Offered design ensures required positioning of lubricant-coolant flow to oscillating cutting zone with additional injection of lubricant-coolant during each revolution of grinding wheel.
