FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of production of vodka "Smirnov table wine N 20". Method involves preparing an alcohol-aqueous mixture from rectified ethyl alcohol of the highest purity and drinking water to prepare vodka with proof 40%. Sea-buckthorn fresh berries aromatic alcohol is prepared by a single infusion of fruits (3-4 kg) in an aqueous-alcohol liquid with proof 45% for 15 days. Fruit juice is poured and distilled with an aqueous-alcohol liquid to yield aromatic alcohol with proof 70%. Then firstly sea-buckthorn fresh berries aromatic alcohol is added to the finishing tank and stirred followed by addition of sugar as an aqueous solution or sugar syrup with concentration 65.8%. Blend mixture is stirred finally, filtered and fed to bottling. Ready vodka "Smirnov table wine N 20" has 18-22 kg of sugar, 22-24 l of sea-buckthorn fresh berries aromatic alcohol per 100 dal of ready product and rectified ethyl alcohol of the highest purity and drinking water taken as measured for proof of ready product, the balance. Method ensures to prepare vodka with high biological value enriched with complex of value components: vitamins of B group, vitamin C, carotene, malic acid, oleic, palmitic and stearic acid glycerides, tannic substances, coumarins, quercitin, xanthophyll, trace elements as boron and manganese.
