FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention describes compounds of the formula (I): R¹-OP(O)(OH)₂ where R¹ means the group of the formula (Ia) where R² means phenyl substituted with one or some halogen atoms; R³ means H or CH₃; R^3a means H or in common with R³ can mean =CH₂; R⁴ means 5- or 6-membered nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring that is substituted at random with one or more groups taken among halogen atom, = O, phenyl substituted with the group taken among CN and (C₆H₄)-OCH₂CF₂CHF₂ or CH=CH-(C₆H₄)OCH₂CF₂CHF₂ or phenyl substituted with one or more groups taken among halogen atom and methylpyrazolyl, or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt. The above indicated triazole derivatives can be used in therapy, in part, for treatment of human and other mammals with fungal infections. Invention describes also methods of their synthesis, pharmaceutical composition, method of treatment and prophylaxis of fungal infections and intermediate compound.
