FIELD: oncological surgery. SUBSTANCE: proximal resection of stomach and resection of lower third part of esophagus are made after performing gastrostomy, preliminarily applied gastrostoma being all time preserved. Stomach stump is then tightly sewed up and esophagoenteroplastics is performed. EFFECT: prevented appearance of cardiovascular and respiratory troubles during postoperative period. 1 dwg
