SUBSTANCE: invention describes novel derivatives of oxazolidinone of the formula (I) where R¹ means amidinophenyl; R² means H, A, C₁-C₁₀-alkanoyl, C₁-C₈-alkoxycarbonyl, benzoyl, naphthoyl, C₁-C₆-alkylsulfonyl, benzylsulfonyl or unsubstituted phenylsulfonyl or phenylsulfonyl monosubstituted with C₁-C₆-alkyl; R³ means hydrogen atom or C₁-C₆-alkyl; A means alkyl with 1-16 carbon atoms and their physiologically acceptable salts. Compounds show inhibitory effect on binding fibrinogen with corresponding receptors and can be used for treatment of patients with thrombosis, osteoporosis, cancer diseases, arteriosclerosis and osteolytic diseases.
